Graham, President of all of the companies listed above has been involved in
the design and construction business since 1983. Born in Augusta Georgia, Lawson
graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in management science and
Georgia Tech with a BCE in Civil Engineering. He is licensed as a professional
surveyor and engineer in Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.

Cannon (H. Clyde Cannon, Architect-P.C.) as resident consultant to Griffith-Graham
& Associates, Inc., offers one-on-one professional service. A 1964 graduate
of Southern Technical Institute, he has been registered as an architect in Georgia
since 1973, has acquired licenses in 18 additional states and completed projects
in most of them. He has 15 years of experience with major firms in Atlanta, and
entered private practice as H. Clyde Cannon, Architect in 1979. |

Cartee - Engineering/Surveying Designer - He has been involved in the designing
of raw water pumping stations, water and sewer treatment facility systems, and
the coordinator for the design and production of construction drawings for metropolitan
sewerage systems, roadway designs, and right-of-way acquisition plats. Tim specializes
in sub-division and site designs. | | | |

Hill - Surveying Supervisor - His specialties include heavy construction and
land/farm surveying. Gary manages 5 survey crews. They use the latest electronic
surveying equipment, such as a GPS instrument (global position satellite) enabling

Barnes - Engineering Designer Supervisor - He provides concept drawings and
technical advice as well as economic feasibility studies. Russell's specialties

Casella - Business Manager - Donna holds a bachelors degree in business administration.
She is responsible for all of the corporations' finances and provides efficiency

Sharp - A professional engineer, Ken holds a Master of Science degree in Transpor-tation
Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has a professional engineering
license in Georgia. Ken specializes in highway and airport design and traffic

Horton - Engineer and Surveyor-in-Training. Tate graduated from Southern Tech
and obtained his Land Surveyor-in-Training and Engineering-in- Training licenses
in 1999. |
